Re: Canon Q&A With Stortellers
A sorcerer should be able to control the life energy in themselves enough to visibly reduce or stop the effects of aging. As far as I'm aware, all human classes are essentially immortal for different reasons.

ROLEPLAY WISE - Can characters die in Tomkin or Chalktown the same way they do in Harper Rock (with the ability to come back from the Shadow Realm)? Either way the answer goes, is it general knowledge, or is someone going to find out and publicise it IC (or not)?

Why did the Flesh Gift ritual stop working for other Wraith Guides after Revyia was resurrected?

I'm going to have to let David answer that one, simply because I'm honestly not sure how physical/magical/spiritual they are. You might consider poking him via PM.Mardvosa wrote:What does a faeshard physically look like?

Re: Canon Q&A With Stortellers
This one is going to require David's input too, if only because I'm unsure exactly how he intends to treat the new towns from an IC point of view. For example, it doesn't make sense that the towns themselves are brand new, but maybe they are? How the answer is handled depends largely on that, but for now, I think it would be safe to assume that the rift extends over those towns.Bjorn wrote:ROLEPLAY WISE - Can characters die in Tomkin or Chalktown the same way they do in Harper Rock (with the ability to come back from the Shadow Realm)? Will poke him to take a look at this thread! <3

To the untrained eye they just look like shards or regular rock, pieces of bark, bones, fossils, etc. Each one would look a little different, and would be symbolic of the power they hold, but only those knowing what they are looking for would be able to work out what they were.Mardvosa wrote:What does a faeshard physically look like?

Re: Canon Q&A With Stortellers
Neither town is far enough away from HR for perma death to occur in those town. It's general knowledge that the sundering covers the immediate area around HR, which yes includes those towns. We can assume that people found out exactly how far out it goes when they tried dragging vamps out into the wilderness to kill them to see if they stayed dead (and if they went to the area of the SR we all know and love, lol).Bjorn wrote:ROLEPLAY WISE - Can characters die in Tomkin or Chalktown the same way they do in Harper Rock (with the ability to come back from the Shadow Realm)? I'm keen to know this as well. I mean not for the purpose of fleshing Revyia, but what about other wraiths (not guides) or...say vampires that have recently died?

Why are you taking me through troubled waters, I asked? Because your enemies cannot swim, he replied.
