Is it supposed to just cost any additional energy? Not energy you already have?Mooncalf wrote:Regular shops and the karma shop now sell gym equipment, meditation spaces, and book shelves.
These three items all do the same thing when placed in a lair; they'll give you 30 XP per hour at the cost of all of your energy, if you rest on these squares. This is particularly useful for people who want to give characters a rest, or if you're going on vacation, as your characters will continue to level up even if they become inactive and invisible. Bored of a character? Stick them on one of these spaces, sign out, log back into them in a month's time and you'll have gained perhaps an extra level or two. Though the XP gain is a fraction of what you'd get for fighting some enemies, it's better than nothing if you're unable to move your character for a while.
These items are available for 15 karma and can be placed in any lair / apartment / property you own.

Re: Question on Training Equipment
It will prevent energy from filling up while you're on one of the squares. Which is fine if you're already at full and you know you won't have time to use the energy up for a while, but it's not going to be too useful for people who are constantly active and using their energy, as they'll need it always refilling.

Re: Question on Training Equipment
Awesome! That's how it seems to be working, I just didn't want to be taking advantage of a bug if it was supposed to take "all your energy" the way I read it.

Re: Question on Training Equipment
These do work for anyone resting in the location, not only the property owner?

Re: Question on Training Equipment
Before I post this I want to say I like how this is right now, and I would suggest you not change it. Cause this might not be what you intended, but I think it's better.Mooncalf wrote:It will prevent energy from filling up while you're on one of the squares. The bookshelf in the Den is actually waiting until you're at full energy and THEN it is deducting all available energy to gain 30XP thing. Which I love, cause that means when you do log in from your break you have a full set of energy to use up. So I think, don't fix it. This is GReAT >.>
Just saying. Please, pretty please :)
But because I figure you want screenshots. (And I'm on the bus home)

I reiterate, I think this actually works better than what you have specified above. >.>
