Mordie was like some sort of philosopher or **** these days. It boggled prudence's mind and sometimes made her want to barf. He used so many words. Pru would have been like 'stand up and stretch them arms and legs, girl. You're a bad *** ***** now,' but Mordie took a completely different tactic. Mordie was like a God these days among their kind. Strong as ****, and practically untouchable. Good for him. "Em it is." Prudence decided because it was the first thing the girl said before giving her full name-but Prudence liked short names or abbreviations when it came to her mini's. "Woah, slow down there Mordie." Prudence laughed before slapping the guy in the chest with the back of her hand. "Let's not kill the girl twice in one night with talk of enemies and ****." Prudence cackled before her undivided attention fell on 'Em.'
"Basically, what ya need to know is this." Prudence offered the woman a hand if she wanted to take it, to help get her up off her feet. "Just act normal. Don't go screaming you're a vampire, or sprouting off your fangs to every Tom, Dick and John." Prudence took a step back from the group, mostly to shift her weight. " There are things we don't need to do anymore. Like breathe. So remember to do that sometimes. It's kinda weird to think about breathing since we never had to do that." Prudence admitted before smiling at the woman. "We'll work on the blood and hunting thing soon. for now, packs is best. Safer. We're sort of in the middle of some war with humans. Well, not really. But we could be if we don't tread pretty ******* carefully. Don't need to give them the ammunition to use against us." Prudence looked at her friend to see if he agreed with her assessment, before shrugging. "I've got an apartment that's pretty vampire friendly if ya wanna crash there. I only stop in once every few months to make sure it's still in one piece and clean it. I mean, if ya don't want to deal with **** anytime this week-it's a transition. Like anything in life when you're path kinda veers off the beaten one." Prudence found herself trying to be philosophical and **** now, so she grunted. "Or I can just set ya up with some **** at your place." Much better.
