Paladins are, simply put, individuals who have been imbued with power in the same way one would enchant a sword or a relic. Their power, it is thought, comes from a mixture of the natural life force energies which have been instilled in their runic tattoos, and partly from the fae themselves (or a single fae, or perhaps spirits of dead demifae).

They are strong, fast, and have abilities which are naturally especially damaging to the undead, such as zombies, Vampires and revenants.
That's pretty much it ... Their imbued powers .

So are you asking if the fetus would be 'special'? Like a little might mouse baby?

No I'm asking if their powers would effect the pregnancy itself ... Terms , growth of the fetus not that it would be special when it was born but if it would effect its gestation length or if it had special abilities like sensing vampires when near ... while in the womb ... I'm sure anything like that would fade once the child is born since it was the mother that was imbued
Unless she managed to survive the Tattooing ritual while pregnant but that isn't the case with the story I'm working on .

In this particular plotline I do believe it involves two pathed humans.

well then, it says itself in the description that the power is imbued from the lifeforces stored in a tattoo...so unless the fetus is inking it up in the womb I'm going to go with 'no' being the logical answer.

Perhaps the fae might have other ways

As to gestation length, etc, that is is arguably proprietary from the mother`s body and it`s reasonably argued that a concentrated effort in lifeforce could affect the size/growth of a pregnancy.

Why don`t you have Josh help you customize something specific if concerned?

O.o That is what I was trying to do to find out specifics .... From a story teller or David .

...stupid question perhaps, but why not the write scene out as how what you want it to work and then wait to see if there`s even an objection first before preemptively clod-busting through any potential hurdles?

I'd imagine it's for the sake of not wasting time writing something, only to be told to take it down. That's why I usually ask before doing big stuff myself.
