A person can be involved in as many side story threads as they want. They can participate in as many threads as they want with the same character so long as they aren't breaking any forum rules (Like joining threads that aren't marked open etc).

Just bear in mind that the prize goes to the character with the largest word count, not the player.

But like Chloe said, the two competitions don't have anything to do with each other directly.

We have six, however, for three plots.

• 1. You hear a man saying that all vampires should be hunted down and thrown into concentration camps, or at the very least given mandatory electronic ID bracelets. - Skoll & Doc
  2. You overhear some people talking about how the recent increase in crime is due mostly due to the emergence of vampires - Nerissa & Salvador
  3. You overhear some people talking about the rumours that vampires are responsible for the outbreak - Sage & Lincoln

They're simple prompts, but I think you're all creative enough to think of something great. Remember to tag your thread and post the link here.
