No uniform, but Lincoln will try to get his employees dressing well, even if it means forking out some cash for a few wardrobe items ! As for attendance, depends on the role.

Welp. <.< Roxi is going to be statted for hacking, is a blood thief, but... is also homeless. She can be very off-putting to people, especially people with money. >.>
