Introducing Blood of the Vampire

Simply put, Blood of the Vampire is the alternative server / sister site of Path of the Vampire, aimed at combat and PVP-minded individuals. It offers a fresh start, a new chance to dominate, and a new chance to join a game on day 1, and be a part of its evolution!

But what are the differences between Path and Blood? Where Path was and still is (increasingly so) a roleplay-centric game, it left many grid-centric and pvp-centric players unsatisfied as I steered the game further towards story and collaboration, rather than pure competition and brutality. We became aware that it'd be better to provide a different server to cater towards those people, instead of watering down Path to make it appeal to everyone. This way, we can concentrate on the two different visions of an online vampire game without compromising either one, and people can pick which one they prefer (or they may play both).

So if you enjoy skirmishing, live fighting, brutal wars, competition, team play, and a focus on grid happenings rather than so much forum roleplay, then Blood is definitely something you want to check out.

As far as Path of the Vampire goes, this game and story will still be my main focus as we head into our next (and most important!) chapter. However, the good thing is that most updates I apply to Path (such as mastery powers, which are coming within 2 months) will automatically be applied to Blood too.
