Curiosity turned to Snow (Tiamat)

Winter had been following around Tiamat since she started to suspect the woman of being something more than she was. Winter had many notes on the woman like how her singing voice was mesmerizing and the fact the woman spoke in a long forgotten language. She watched the woman and was starting to put two and two together. This woman was not from this time and her notes where pointing that out. Maybe she was a born again person one of those that had many lives. She was not sure but she keep a close eye on the woman. Winter believed in all things even vampires which she was also going to prove existed. She had proven many things in the past and was going to prove everything she was working on now. She had bugged the woman's home and placed a hack into the woman's cell phone. She had many recordings of the woman and wanted video proof of the woman doing something but had not gotten that yet.

[Tiamat]

Tiamat leaned back in the large office chair and stretched. The computer ticked codes across the screen. She turned to her laptop and finished downloading files from some random business she had hacked into. The sudden buzzing of her phone diverted her attention. She glanced at the message and frowned. Her fingers moved quickly across the laptop’s keyboard as she pulled up the saved video for her security cameras.

She watched as Winter wandered through the apartment. The frown deepened as the woman rummaged throughout Tia’s belongings. She reached behind her and pulled out a second cell phone. This one black with a small snake image coiling around it. She scrolled through her list until she found the name she wanted.

“Joseph, meet me at the apartment. It seems a little mouse got far too curious for her own good.” She rose from her seat, tossed her jacket around her shoulders, and looked down at the small red phone still on the desk. She had discovered the fact someone had hacked into it some time ago.Now, she had a pretty good idea as to who had done it. Picking the device up, she crushed the screen under her fingertips and tossed the small crimson corpse into the trash can before leaving.

She arrived at her apartment to find her thrall sitting at the kitchen counter drinking a glass of water. She motioned to man to follow her.into the other room.

“We had an intruder enter my home. The cameras didn’t show her taking anything, but we’re going to look around anyway.”

The pair searched every inch of the place until Tiamat found a small listening device. She sighed and shook her head as the item was tossed on her desk. She went back into her bedroom. She pressed on a small spot on her headboard to reveal a hollow inside the wood. She returned to her thrall with a sealed manilla envelope in her delicate hands.

“Joseph, please deliver these to my therapist. They’ll be safer there.”

“Of course boss, I’ll drop them off immediately.” with that, Joe turned and left the apartment.

Tiamat picked the device back up and headed out to her balcony. A flick of her wrist sent the bug to the streets below.

“Well, my dear Winter, It looks like you wish to play a game.”

Winter set out a string of cuss words when she lost signal at Tia's house. Last thing she had heard was something about a therapist. She wondered who this person might be and what the paper would be as well. She was curious and she would find out. She got onto her computer to look at the things she had downloaded about the woman and could not find anything about that so that was out of the question. She would have to get out and follow the man and that would be hard as she was not even in the area of Tia's apartment. Her place was her car and it was not that good of a car.
