So. Alaric here hasn't officially returned from the realm of the dead - all the plots are slowly developing in the background and will burst into forums near you very very soon.
Alaric here is a shiny new second generation vampire, born in 1570 and sired under Isabela Drake in 1606. Prior to his turning he was married to his beautiful Anja - younger than he, but enticing. He loved her with every fibre of his being, intensely miserable when she died. He was too late to save her, and it's a regret he will never let go.
MY POINT.
I had an idea for a plot. I've seen it happen in families before where someone born in the modern day will be the spitting image of their great great great grandmother, or something. So, I had this notion that someone might be born in this day and age, descended from Anja's blood. Someone who is the spitting image of her.
This is not me looking for a partner for Alaric - I just think it would be highly amusing and/or heartbreaking if he were to run into someone in this day and age who was the spitting image of his late late wife. Imagine a man who cannot speak a lick of English and who is overwhelmed by everything modern just falling to the feet of some oblivious stranger, sobbing and blubbering in German.
I imagined Kate Bosworth as his wife, so that would be the model claimed if anyone should be interested.
