Business RP-kinda-thing

So Maddra paid to have a BBB franchise for HArper Rock..

I started a thread here:

I would like to keep it to graphic posts only.

Graphics are best if they are no bigger than 550 x 550.

Anyone who owns a business can have an ad. Maddra is not taking ING money. Tis is a ploy to:
1. help businesses possibly get rp opportunities because of the services they offer.
2. Help new ppl to the game get a quick and easy idea of the city, by virtue of the business, and the people that operate them.

This is not meant to be punitive.. meaning only certain ppl can apply. This is, from an rp perspective, just like a reall BBB, if they pay the dues, they are a member, only caveat, is that it is pretend dues, so anyone who wants their business listed can have it listed.

Eventually I hope to have a Wiki page for the BBB and the BBB approved businesses.

How will the bbb help with RP.. should anyone want to know about a business.. Maddra will do her best to answer any and all questions in a positive manner, and try to connect consumers to right businesses.

Even if a business has a bad rep, via game mechanics, it will be put down to 'there was a complaint, but the investigation showed no malfeasance by the business.' type of thing.

I want to keep this as a positive thing. But If a business wants a bad rep on purpose, for rp reasons,.. just let Me/Maddra know and we can accommodate.

Drat.. no I did not..

I tried to put it in the HR City Websites.. but it said I didnt have permission to post there.

Where do you suggest it go?

Honestly? I don't know.

The only other Human/Vampire accessible board that isn't HR Websites is Fact and Fiction, which is definitely not where you'd want that.

There really isn't a good place for humans and vampires to mix on HR-centric stuff, sadly. On that note... *runs off to suggestions*

I also like the idea of government type ads being posted.. I live in a small town but even we have an active town forum, they post when they are doing a controlled burn; or when they having fund raiser for the volunteer fire department etc.

Thanks It would be useful, lol. Could also have, once its ready, a list of contacts/important figures for HR listed like most government sites do (mayor, PD, FD, parks & rec, etc).
