While both are part of The Necropolis Nightclub, each portion of the club fulfills a different purpose. The Necro, or upstairs portion, is open to both humans and vampires allowing them to mingle in peace (as long as one is mindful of the masquerade). The Dungeon, or downstairs portion, is a vampire-exclusive club (aside from the rare human employee or guest), where nearly anything goes.
Due to each portion's unique needs, they have slightly varying requirements for what they seek in employees. As a whole, discretion, a great personality and dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience are key attributes.
For The Necro, specifically, all employees will be expected to treat all customers fairly and equally - no matter their species, path, race, etc. The ability to interact with humans and vampires within the limits of the Masquerade is ideal.
For The Dungeon, the same equal and fair treatment is expected, though it tends to be less of an issue since fewer humans ever grace the establishment. Most of the staff in this area tend to be vampires, though humans who know about vampires and can peacefully co-exist with them are welcome.
These positions are more RP based than grid based though staff will be compensated at a flat rate with bonuses for RP interactions. As such, for the most part, on-grid stats won't matter - though we'd probably like those who are bouncers to either have enough physical strength to toss someone out or the Throw power. All positions will be open to both vampires and humans (and yes, this includes Blood Dolls).
Open Positions:
- Bartenders: Make drinks to serve to patrons. Take care of all patrons seated at the bar. General cleaning and tidiness, particularly of the bar area.
- Blood Dolls: Must enjoy pain and pleasure combined. Be willing to submit to a vampires whims and wishes, while knowing you are protected by the staff of the Necropolis. Take care of patrons seated at booths or on the dance floor. Blood Dolls are a class of employee all their own.
- Bouncers: Provide security for the club. Ensure safety of all Blood Dolls, especially. Check guest lists as needed. Screen clients accessing The Dungeon.
- DJ: Provides music for the club. Must adjust selections to engage patrons. Take requests from patrons, if appropriate.
