Attacked? [U?]

Today I received an email alert saying that Charlie was attacked. Problem is, the only thing that I had on my alerts when I signed on was that someone had inspired her. No wounds, no attacks... Just the inspire. I don't know if that's a bug with the alert system (I know there's a thread about people not receiving those) or if this one is now seeing help as attacks.
