I share and when I'm really lazy (or on my phone) I iust tell them to Appraise my chars... That is if they can. That power shows everything so makes it easy.

IC i tell verry little, OOC i usually share, because i am explaining something to someone, or showing them how or why i did something that way....most of my chars noone cares anyways, and as many have said, quite a few have 'appraisal' so you really cant hide too much anyways if they want to know. Mordechai gets appraised every once in awhile, but as long as i am opted in on the leaderboards, i cant really take offense, cause i know they are mostly curious OOC peeks.

I share OOC because it can help in developing storylines. If the person I'm going to RP with has a high stealing or mechanics stat is paves the way to meeting them with John Doe. If they have a high metalworking skill then it would make sense for perhaps Trahir to seek them out (if the information is commonly known that they are metallurgists.

That being said it can lead to meta-gaming which does suck, but as long as it remains RP and doesn't go to grid that can be discussed OOC between the players and rectified. Especially with me since most of my RP is on G-Doc and is posted after the fact.

Being able to compare a charry's inner workings with others has helped me learn how a point or two in either direction in attributes and skills can affect various grid actions. Plus, like others have said, it's not really anything that can't be easily found out.

I think lower leveled charry's might be more concerned with the stats of others than high levels. Why? Cause when you only gain 1 pt per level, things don't seem to change much for quite some time. OR maybe high level folk are just too frosty to trip about that stuff.

I restat Pi, for shits and giggles so she could be fully geared for making guns. And then as soon as I did it, she improved her first weapon part to L16. So yeah, win win.

Overlords aren't so easy anymore though. Sadness. But meh, I dinna care.

Yeah, Stamina was the very first thing I had Pi max, and the only thing I won't reduce. It is 96.5 on an inspire.
