Barrel Shortage?

Anyone else find less barrels for crafting than any other part? Like 70% less? I remember somebody saying something similar, but I can't remember if it was barrels or another part.

Yes.
Lita and enver makes weaps and I can get the other parts a plenty but always have way less barrels than the other required parts

Really? I seem to always have far fewer gun stocks than actions or barrels. O.o

Jeez, I'll trade you if you've got any quality 15s. I've got a quality 15 handgun stock and I would really rather have a quality 15 barrel. Rapid fire if possible!

Yeah barrels are a *****, to find and to level up. I have like four 15 stocks, 0 15 barrels.

It seems like they are rare enough for me to look into it properly then. Do you find most of your parts on the auction, or by walking around, or are the parts from fighting NPCs? Trying to narrow it down.

Mine are 75% npc drops, 25% pickups. Never buy them on Auction.

Mine are almost always pickups. Interesting.

But after looking at the code I can't see anything different in regard to barrels compared to other parts. Weird.

I find a ton of stocks that are easy to level up. The thing I have trouble finding is actions.

Maybe it's just a luck of the draw type of thing.

Well I didn't have anything David wanted (we pm'd) but I don't really do much weapon making and do have parts for guns and swords saved up, so I'd be willing to trade away most of it... just not for other parts. lol ;) Pm me if you want to discuss.
