The chapter sliders are now easier to manipulate by your actions. Before there was too small a window to affect the sliders before the next fight against the enemy (after which the slider resets to 0). Hacking and business sabotage have double the affect compared to B&E, however, as the latter things are actions which can only be done once per day, per person.
Also, you may now choose to invade against an enemy who is already scheduled to defend another territory. So for example, you can now attack The Disciples of Crow in Honeymead, even though they might already be scheduled to be attacked by a different faction in Bullwood.
Fights are now scheduled according to the favoured time slots set by the factions involved. You can set your faction's favoured time slots via the faction control panel, on the factions page. You must select your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice of time periods that your faction would be happy with. If you leave any of these blank or unchanged then any time could be randomly selected, even against an NPC. When facing an NPC faction you'll always get your 1st choice time period, but the day will still be randomly selected. When facing a player faction, the two selected time slots will be compared, and an attempt will be made by the system to find a starting time that's favourable to both of you. If the system cannot find a good matchup time that's okay for both sides, then it'll select one of the time periods selected by the weaker of the two sides (the one with the least members).
In order to prevent time scheduling clashes, the maximum random days until the selected date of a scheduled fight can now increase if there are conflicts. So if three different battles are scheduled for 9.00 AM on three consecutive days, the chances are that your fight could be scheduled anywhere from 4 to 8 days time instead of the normal 2 - 5 days time. Most people won't need to worry about this, however.

Re: Important Territory & Chapter Changes / Fixes
You can now pay money directly into the accounts of NPC factions in order to give them a boost for the forthcoming fight. The higher their chapter slider is, the more fighters they'll have for the next battle.
The rate is +1% per $4500 paid into their account. Remember that after a fight the NPC involved in the battle has their slider return to 0 once more. The account name you'll need to transfer into will be the same as the faction's name as seen on the territorial map.
Also, just to add, if you win a territory but want to donate it to an NPC faction who you feel needs your help, you can give it to them. This will also increase the relationship your faction has with this NPC group, making them far less likely to attack your territories in future. To do so, just PM me for now and I'll transfer the territory manually until an in-game system for this is set up.
