Vampires, are they real or not? Have you seen one? Have any proof? Are they a menace to our society? Discuss.

Can it be Tang instead? It tastes better.

Well the Kool-Aid is supposed to be Electric, Right? But Electric Tang... that sounds VERY suggestive of ... nevermind. :P

I am afraid that I have no idea what you mean, in either instance. What does electricity have to do with Kool-Aid and Tang?

The reference to Kool-Aid refers to cult, one in particular, that spiked Kool-Aid with LSD to make the drinkers of the aforementioned Kool-Aid more pliable and open to suggestions. Such as killing themselves. :|

Tang, besides being the beverage choice of astronauts, if an off-colour slang term that can be used to refer to a ladies... um... special parts. :|

Reopened? So, in theory, since that's what we're dealing with, couldn't all this craziness be explained by the fact that the Asylum was closed, leaving really no place for the Criminally Insane to be safely locked away? I know in some places, including the US, they have a tendency to turn out the "less harmful" prisoners and crazy people to avoid over crowding of psychiatric wards and prisons.
It's worse than that. There was an Asylum in the Gambondale District (now known as the Quarantine Zone for those non-natives). Now, reports vary on whether the patients were released, killed, or worse... I won't speculate as to which it was because I honestly don't know. What is demonstrable, however, is that the disturbed individuals of Harper Rock haven't had anywhere to go in a long while. The General Hospital can only do so much, and the prisons aren't really a long-term solution.

Good to hear about Winterbrook. The delusional and paranoid need to be looked after humanely so that they don't hurt themselves or anyone else.
