[OOC Note: This is a back tracking to when Elizabeth first woke within the city. Since she has attained two childer and none seem to be role players, I'm going to put them into a time when it would make sense for her to create another after centuries of not doing so.]
Shadows ebbed and flowed around her small frame as Elizabeth continued to walk through the inky darkness. It seemed as if she had been here for an eternity, if not longer, but that certainly made little sense to the woman. Unanswerable questions swirled deep within her mind as the brunette continued to search for something...anything. Isabella; the way out or the answer as to how she was here.
Heels swung within her tiny hands, Elizabeth having taken them off hours ago, or was it longer than that by now? Her roots were hurting her and had for some time and while it was normally impolite to take off one's shoes the woman had seen no one for many, many hours. If the situation changed, Elizabeth would of course present herself in a manner befitting of guests or company, not certain which she would actually be. Or at least Elizabeth would try. Throughout her time here Elizabeth's attire was far from appropriate for hosting and her hair had lost its tight ringlet curls some time ago.
Her feet padded on the ebony colored surface beneath her long gown, the only sound accompanying the woman for some time. After a few more steps, the woman wrapped her arms around her frame and pressed her wooden heels into her chest gently. How much longer would she have to endure the darkness? Elizabeth did not think she could bear it much longer. The woman was not only starving, but she hadn't had a decent conversation with anyone in some time. Her mind could not tolerate being stagnant for as long as it probably had been.
Then, as soon as the woman thought such a thing there was in the distance a small orb of light. Excited, the woman padded quickly and heavily to the source, but each time she took a step, the source of light seemed to get further and further away from her. Still, the woman pressed on, a light laugh passing through her lips as she found this to now be a delightful game of sorts. Perhaps she had been down here too long and the woman was slowly starting to become the thing her mother and brother called her when she was married to Geffrey, but the woman knew better. She felt that there was a deep change approaching; the same sort of change when Isabella had found her within those streets so many centuries ago. The brunette ran harder and faster, so much that her roots burned with each hitting of the surface below.
Then the woman was encased with such glorious light that Elizabeth felt the slightest tinge of warmth to her frame before the entire world around her shifted before her very eyes.
What was once dark and dreary transpired into dark but yet a source of so much light within it. Below her roots were thick blades of grass and around her body were trees of great height. This caused the woman to take a few steps backwards until something rough scraped against the underside of her roots. With a quick glare down to them, Elizabeth realized that she was not proper at all! With quick haste, the woman slipped her shoes upon her roots and pressed her fingers against the heavy material that collected neatly at her waistline.
Her dress closely-fitted at her torso just under the woman's bust line, and fell loosely below to allow the brunette's hoop skirt to show off the faded and ripped establishments of the woman's sapphire colored evening gown. The material crinkled with each step the woman took, Elizabeth's ears perking up to the sound of the dress and any others that could not be identified by her. Round orbs darted back and forth, back and forth and finally in front of her as the woman became comfortable with her immediate surroundings. In the far off distance there was the sound of laughter that bounced off the night air and into her ears, causing Elizabeth to tilt her head. With a flick of her tongue upon her lips, Elizabeth followed the sounds to the location of a circular object made of thin material that encased a light within it. From the light were two silhouettes within, conversing and laughing. Abruptly the laughing ceased as one of the two within called attention to what Elizabeth perceived was herself. A male left the thin shell of protection and made his aggressive presence known to Elizabeth by degrading her character with profanity and then demanded she left before he called the police.
The man dressed peculiar, so much that it caused Elizabeth to pause and stare at his attire. After he spat out those words, he stopped shouting and looked at her appearance, taking a small step backwards. His silence alerted his female companion of the evening who made appeared from the emerald colored barrier. The blond didn't say anything as her mouth opened and then snapped closed upon the sight of Elizabeth. She was starving, so much that her stomach curled into a tight ball and caused the woman a great deal of discomfort. In a blurred motion, Elizabeth shoved the female away from the male and sunk her teeth into his neck. Centuries of feeding came with certain advantages. Women were normally weaker than their male counterpart, so Elizabeth decided to take the strongest of the two out of the equation.
Or so the woman had thought and done so for decades.
A searing pain ripped into her right shoulder after the sound of a loud clap was heard from around Elizabeth. This caused her to drop the man in sheer surprise, her attention diverting to him to that of the female who held something metallic within her hands. With a predatory growl, Elizabeth pounced upon the woman and ripped her bulb right off her shoulders. Once the woman was dead, Elizabeth was no longer on alert and soon the weight of her own attire and that of a dead woman weighed upon Elizabeth, causing the woman to take three steps backwards. Her wound flowed freely, the sting of pain coursing throughout her entire right arm. With narrowed eyes Elizabeth fled the scene of blood filled chaos, assuming all within the scene were dead.
