Add New Staff Alert

So, I recently tried to hire some staff... Must have spent a couple of hundred dollars on finding decent statistics, then I find out that I wasn't at the right business level to hire any more!

Meaning, I lost money pointlessly.

Should there be an alert to let you know you can't hire any more staff before you spend money on searching for them?

Even if I'm just stupid and it didn't cost me anything (I didn't check), shouldn't there be an alert anyway to save you searching pointlessly?
