Fadeportals & Humans

I believe fadeportals should be designated on grid. Some already are and some aren't. It should be standard across the board. For a couple reasons.

Amalea just now accidentally went through one in the sewers (and not one that's hidden in a wall, either) that I had no idea was there. There's some public entrances in the sewers and humans aren't held out by any sort of force field, so it'd be really nice to know before you're entering somewhere that's technically private.

With beta ended, I find it particular important to do as new players tend to be curious to try things out. This could potentially be furthered by the fact raids tend to pop up in odd places and aren't always accompanied by a secret door message.

Or at the very least, could humans get a warning message they're about to enter private property?
