Girl's Night, Got News (Lexy & Dru)

Kira sent a message to both Dru and Lexy to come hang out at her farm. "The cat is out of the bag, for the most part.." she muttered.

Artio and Sof perked up, Kira wasn't sure if the word cat or bag was the key word of interest. Kira had a lot to tell them, and they should met Artio and Blue, and the horses. Unless Blue left with Reggie, she wasn't sure. She told Reggie to get lost for awhile, well she put it nicer than that. She just needed time with the girls. Had they all been so involved in their own lives that Kira completely spaced on not telling them anything about what was going on.

She sat at the table, watching the cats run back and forth. In March it would be a year since she sired Reggie. Why did the year seem to go by so fast? She face planted on the table. She wondered if they would be upset for not saying anything sooner? She wasn't a girl who would go out and tell everything, she told no one. Her workers knew because she was wearing a ring now but Lexy and Dru had always been the people she wanted to tell first, then get enough courage to say something to the Misfits. David seemed to be MIA again so maybe it was safe to say something without him ruining it.

Kira lifted her head, Artio and Sof were meowing at her. She gave them a pet and got up. She took out a bottle of wine, had some tea as well. Some pastries. Shame Dru couldn't have any of this but no reason the allurists can't enjoy themselves. She sat back down, the two felines both aiming to get on her lap. This was easier when Artio was smaller.

Tucker and Himish were playing a game of chase even though the small dog would get tired so easily.

Kira petted the cats, making her ring disappear from sight. She would show it later after she brought up the fact that Reggie and her had started to date some time ago. Some time in May wasn't it? Whenever he had managed to beat her in battle. She just hoped they weren't looking forward to a wedding any time soon, she had no plans on getting married any time soon so this was just going to be a long engagement. She almost felt like the whole point of giving her a ring now was to show she was taken by someone, she knew he disliked when she got attention from other males. It couldn't be helped, they were going to look anyway. Although rejection sure came easy when all she had to do was show her left hand. Most likely why she got him a ring to wear so she could claim him, sure she had a possessive side as well.

To say that Alexandrea had no time for a girl's night was putting mildly. The Allurist sat her bags of loot down in the treasure room at her lair in the Mausoleum and hopped through the fade portal into her shop then raced up the stairs to her office to change into a style of clothing that didn't scream 'cat burglar'. After dressing, Alex took a few minutes to open up the spreadsheet on her laptop that told her what items she had promised people and checked off a few of them before switching on the webcam and fixing her face.

"I really don't have time for this..." The blonde muttered with a sigh. But it was her Kiwi and Dru. So she would make the time, for them. Besides, she owned Kira an *** kicking and tonight was the night.

Ready to go as quickly as she always was, Alexandrea left the shop and the mall to take the train to Cherrydale. She headed over to her friend's farmhouse without delay, smiling at the swans as they glided across the water as the blonde knocked on the door. The smile starting to fade as she debated whether to hug or choke her pal once she opened the door.

Dru closed her sketch book, which was filled with designs. She leaned down and petted the dog on the head before getting up to get ready. She had seen the posts on crownet. She wasn't sure if she was aware of Kira dating, she didn't think so. Maybe she had been too busy. Though, was it Reggie? It must be, then that also means he passed the crazy tests Kira had set up. Well, if she finally let a male close to her after the **** that the others put her through, then that was a good thing.

What she was more upset about was working on a dress for Kira that she didn't even go to the party it was meant for. She headed out the door, she assumed Will was killing zombies but she would be back before he returned no doubt.

Dru headed to the farm, she had been here once before but there had been a few changes she noticed as she headed up to the house.

Kira looked up towards the door. She bit her lower lip. She wondered who got here first. Knowing Dru, she was sure she was more upset over the outfit that she didn't manage to get to the party that it was for. She already had a plan for the outfit, though she hoped it would calm Dru down. As long as it was used for something.

She got up, moving towards the door but stared at it for a moment before she slowly reached out to open the door. Lexy..."Hey.." she said, "Thanks for coming. I'm sure you were busy...which might be the reason we've gotten...so behind. Both being busy.." she said, running a hand through her hair. "I didn't expect time to go so fast..." she said. Maybe without David bugging the **** out of her all the time, time didn't seem to go so slow. She wasn't sure.

"I'm sorry I haven't kept you up to date with my life but it didn't seem like something to be sent through an e-mail or mind message." Kira added, expressly the whole engagement part. She took a step back to let her inside, spotting Dru coming up the way as well.

Kira raised her hands, "Before you get on me about not using the outfit for that one party. I promise I will write a song related to it and use it at the lounge." she said quickly, she really wouldn't past Dru stabbing her when it came to wasting her time with creating fashion. She backed up again, not fully sure how either of them will react.

Sof and Artio watched, feeling the tension from their 'owner'.
