Yeah but karma is ooc. It's not really fair for it to be stuck on one char only. Otherwise have to go through and add $10 to each char I want a debt card on. It's annoying. <.<

Yeah. This got banned as a practice when I bought karma on one character for IGC and moved some of it to another character. It was decided that people could use rich characters to supplement those that aren't so rich for things like PXP orbs. I can see the concern, but the mechanics of it become problematic in situations like this, especially when it's better value to buy your karma in bulk... But then you're stuck with it all on one account, or buying multiple times at higher cost-per-karma. I asked about something like this when character slots first became available for purchase and was told that if you PM an admin, they'll move it for you in certain situations.

It would be lovely if karma could be in a centralised pool across all your characters, but then you run into difficulties with housemates rather than husbands and the use of public internet making your karma potentially available to complete strangers.
