Yeah, Intel plays more of a part in not getting hit; it's defensive. Your offensive stat for FA is mainly Skill with a side of Dex.

Willpower and stamina factor into battle weariness, which is how quickly you tire (i.e. how many turns you can be full on performing).

Slightly off topic, but what I find more unnerving when I have full reports on is how much time Mad spends making moves outside of what I set her at. I've had her sent to flank and had a total battle of nothing but bold run and gun and acrobatic gun play.
I'm not sure battle tactics make a difference to accuracy, honestly. Not by what I have seen.

I've had Myk test several of the tactics against the same enemy and the results usually tend to be the same. He can wait for the kill shot all he likes, but when he fires, he tends to miss. The more bullets he fires, the more often he misses, but at the end of the day - he's still freaking missing. Lol

With Quoth his intel is in the crapper, and his other stats are pretty 'middle road.' Skill: 20 Dex: 24 and used to be FA: 15. But he rarely missed a shot. Granted he has a custom 10/10/10 gun, but the biggest difference I noticed was -with- the battle tactics.

I found the best combination for him was either waiting for the kill accuracy (which also does wonders for crits) and being either slightly aggressive with fire arms, or extremely aggressive that way he is taking more shots.

Now every fight will have a few misses here or there, which I believe is intended by David to keep with Paths (sometimes frustrating) random theme, but overall Quoth will kill Berserkers and foot soldiers in 6-7 rounds and Lesser Joro's/ Encantando Shamans in 10 or less.

Your willpower rating is an indication of your character’s determination and strength of will. This stat helps your character resist most powers, can affect how vulnerable your character is while wounded, helps determine your total actions in rituals, and higher Willpower decreases the days it takes to write scripts. Willpower is also used in working out the hidden 'battle weariness' statistic while in battle, allowing you to withstand more damage before being defeated.
I'm in agreement. Willpower plays a big part too.
Stamina increases your maximum energy, as well as the amount of energy you regenerate each hour. Each point of stamina will give you more maximum energy, allowing you to perform more actions each day. In battle, stamina contributes to the hidden 'Battle Weariness' rating, allowing you to withstand more damage before being defeated.

Maximum Energy = 50 + (Stamina * 1.5)
Energy gained per hour = 4.5 + (Stamina / 10)
Stamina also plays a part. Both Willpower and Stamina work hand in hand for the hidden 'Battle Weariness'. Having higher stats in both will help significantly.

You can find the information for each Attribute here on the wiki. Please let me know if you need any help.

ETA: Sorry for the repeat in info...didn't get to page 2 before posting, just jumped straight to the wiki.
