No. Not yet at any rate. Not sure if it's a potential Mastery for Allurist or not.

You can only control one human thrall at the moment. L2 lets you level your thrall, a little (not sure how much)

the first version gives you a level 1 human... tier 2 gives you a level 3 thrall

The number of thralls a charry will be able to control will be determined by their Charisma level. I think David said that each path will have a dedicated thrall, at some point

You now need a certain amount of charisma to dominate a given number of thralls. Though you can only have one of each thrall type, you must have at least

• 1 Charisma to control 1 thrall,
  10 Charisma to control 2 thralls
  20 Charisma to control 3 thralls
  30 Charisma to control 4 thralls.

This includes humans, wraiths and yet to be released mastery thralls.
