Healing touch 2

Does it not work on NPC inflicted wounds? Trying to heal myself, went to the powers page and it says no target. Epic brainfart on my part, bug? Help

If you're talking about the sorcerer power healing touch 2, it should be able to target the sorcerer who has it. It's a bug if it doesn't.

But I appraised your character with my telepath, you do not have Healing touch 2, you only have the first tier which does not target the character who has it, only others.
