While yes, rituals were always there this time, they weren't always in a constant position. Keys are always a thing as third lock, but the other three are randomized between them. Rituals just got lucky this time.
Another thing that I noticed is how even on the 1st floor, the Ritualist has to have at least a 9 in Rituals to even try to open the door, whereas the Thief can go up to the upper floors and do the BnE, with low Thievery stats. The hacking can also be completed without having high Hacking skill.
Just seems like the Ritual team member gets the most difficult job, other than the ones that try to get keycards.
well hacking can be troublesome.... i have hit sec lvls as high as 22, it all depends on the floors sec lvl as affected by cams and failures... while a stealing lvl1 can get into one of the security wings with sec 12....the sec wing can have upto 8 guards depending on how the sec lvl was raised

True ..... the worst part of that deal is that it's not just you & your team that can screw things up. There could be a special team security gremlin who's job it is to just fail, in order to slow down the team that yours is neck and neck with.
