Is there a time frame as to when they spawn?

The stealth raids, and battle & team raids are way more frequent than the hacking >.>

there was one 3-4 days ago...but i have horrid luck spotting them

Only way to find out is... word of mouth, and downloading files in most hacks besides training. O won one of those earlier this month.

I was close to winning one but then got caught up on an authentication that just did not want to die. (The one three or four days ago)

Yeah Mora got to F6 on one that was about two weeks ago, got so close to the relic

and then that dreaded authentication booted her.

It used to be the tracer that was annoying as hell. Now it's authentication.

For this month David made it to where only battle raids would spawn in order to test out if Hunter raids spawning were buggy or not, I think.

well if thats the case why is it another gangster raid... can't test a hunter raid if there is no hunter raids
