Relic Question - players help needed

I am thinking about purchasing the relic that gives bonus experience from rpp.

The wiki says it is +11%

Doc is currently at 158% so I figured he would get 169%

So I was trying to see if it was monetarily worth it at this point.. for me to purchase it.. So i tried the math...

So Doc gets 208 exp from 499.2 rpp currently.

One way I do the math.. it goes from 208 to 212. 4 exp. gain.

2nd way I did the math, it went from 208 to 216.8 for 8.8 exp gain.

3rd way I did the math, it went from 208 to 227 for a 19 exp gain.

Basically.. if it is only 4 or 8 exp gain its not worth 275k to me personally.

But 19 gain could be.. however I dont want to gamble on spending 275k not knowing what I am actually getting..

So I asked the boy (who took game simulation and design and writes his own programs).. the boy asked me 'is it added or stacked exp gain..?"

So I asked Mooncalf - who said he doesn't have time to go back in the code to look it up.. ask the players..

So I am asking you guys,... Does anyone have it.. ? And can they tell me how much of a boost it gives you?

You'd get 169%, which works out to +14.5 EXP

208 x 169% = ~223 EXP
158%
