Have a spawn. She calls herself Spike. She looks like a thug. She acts like a thug. It was strange. I had her right where I wanted and I couldn't do it. She was this dirty, smelly thug girl that no one would have missed.

Found piles of stolen goods at the lab door. ***** came back, begged forgiveness. Gave her another chance. Damn her.

Started lessons with Spike. Explained the Masquerade and not getting caught. She hears voices in her head. Not sure if its a symptom of the turning because I threw her out after she wrecked the lab or if she cant handle 'the life'?

Took Spike zombie hunting. She has no qualms with death. Took them out no problem. Showed her how to dispose of a body. She's a quick learner.

Spike likes movies. Watched Usual Suspects with her. Used the movie to show human are easily duped. Discussed using the same techniques in her new life. There can be what one projects.. and then there is the truth. She understood. Movies are important to her.

Met a girl, when looking for Minx, bought her dinner. Tried to make her leave the city. She will end up being a victim. Why did I care?

Spoke with Cat. Told her I wanted to run some tests when the arm was better. She has agreed. Spending the time reading as much as I can.

Chemical intervention may work for Cat, but it could cause dependence, addiction. Eternity being addicted to a chemical cocktail that would lose it's effectiveness quicker and quicker. If there is no other alternative, I will put her down myself.

While working on plan; Saw Det. Jones. Watched her kill a drunk. Bad cop. Intended on blackmailing her for inside information from the cops; and to make certain files disappear. Decided she would be worth on my side. Turned her. Renamed her, Jacquiline.

Introduced her to Cat. They seem to .. tolerate one another.

Met with Aidan. Has issue with Cat. Told her to talk to Cat. Then discussion turned to Paladins. Explained what I had found out. She was also in the dark about them. We need to communicate more.

Reilly is missing. Been told to stay on High alert. Right.

Spoke to Jacq about needing an address, she came though in no time. Was able to leave a present at the location same night.

Cat and I met with Zodiac. I was impressed. Learned more about Red and Green from Zodiac in less than 60 minutes that I did in weeks. Follow up appointment on Friday. Will have to miss the family meeting. Shame.

Cat was abused. Mother knew did nothing. There will be repercussions.

Minx showed up during the meeting, was stabbed. Shot the ***** in the crotch.

Cat has been furtive. Concerned that we opened Pandora's box.

New Code released. ****-for-brains actually boasted in an email to us that she broke the masquerade. Yes. She's dead. So are a few others.

Been working at the Cabin. Almost done.

Lions and Karina are getting bound later today. It gives me conflicted feelings. I am pleased for them. But damn if I want to pull Lions aside tell him to run.. just ******* run as fast as he can. But it’s not fair. My experience isn’t typical.

Cytherea knows me, and used my compulsion for not backing down against me.. and we were bound. And what started out as a business arrangement, soon was real, and then she ******* left me.

It was supposed to be ‘brief respite’ type leave. But her idea of brief and mine are not the same thing. She’s not coming back.

My bad mood must be showing.. Cat is avoiding me, while trying to pretend she isn't and someone sent me flowers. ******* flowers like I had experienced a death in the family, and they are being sympathetic for me.

Think I will have to pay a visit to Minx. Watching her prowl her cell brightens the night for me. And thinking of Minx, I think of Zodiac. Almost did something unforgivable to her the other night. Well unforgivable in her eyes.. it would be have been damned enjoyable in mine.

Doc: Doc texts Duchess, He didn't know if this would come back to bite him or not.. *Text* Need a female's point of view.

Dulce Periculum: Eyes the cell screen as it lights up. Last time this happened it didn't turn out so well but of course her curiosity was higher than any cats. She took the cell in hand and read the message. She shoots back a quick reply. -You are brave seeking mine. I do believe no man has.-

Doc: Doc read her reply, and immediately discounted it. She was the most self assured female in the City, and probably the most sane as well. Sane being the opposite of: loud, drama-filled, whiny, clingy, needy, or demanding. *text* I can't seem to get someone's attention, yes female.

Dulce Periculum: She read the reply and found that incredibly hard to believe since after all this was Doc texting. The man didn't appear to be the type that would have difficulty gaining a females attention. He was attractive, articulate and to the point. -Flowers? Dinner? Movie? Stabbing or perhaps a gunshot?- She was about to press send then smirked with an idea that would surely get ones attention and also keep them in place. Perhaps Doc would appreciate this suggestion. She added it. -Shock cage?-

Doc: The texted reply was eyed with a narrow glare. Had he not had a recent incident involving one, he might have bitten.. but there was also the Blackula incident. Stupid dink didn't appreciate his efforts. Chances were good, a shock cage would not be seen in a positive light. *Text* Not for this particular female. More refined.

Dulce Periculum: Her brow lifted and she nodded as her fingers went to the fast reply. Whoever it was Doc was having difficulty with it sounded important enough to him he was serious in a suggested approach. -Do I know her?- She wasn't being nosey but it was a fair question that would certainly narrow down the options. She hit send.

Doc: Doc debated telling her, he typically played these things close to his chest. Ultimately he merely texted a single word, *text* Yes.

Dulce Periculum: She didn't set down the cell as she was now curious at the reply. The reply was more or less what she expected. An answer confirming her question but revealing no name. -Invitation to dinner? My restaurant has tables near the water, private and make it easy to keep ones attention. Zodiac has some amazing gifts and unique gift ideas as well. Perhaps I could call her without saying anything of course as to what is new?- She hit send.

Doc: Doc sighed, could every other ******* vampire in the city eat but him?! *text* I am supposed to stare at her while she eats.. ******* creepy.. is what the **** that is.

Dulce Periculum: She rarely ever did what she couldn't help doing at that moment. She laughed. He was right. It was creepy to invite her out and stare at her eating. Dulce was realizing she not helping the man any if she didn't come up with an epic idea. -A map of the city wrapped in a silk or velvet ribbon delivered by courier. Inside the map a star centered on the location where to meet you with the date and time. You pick the setting that will suit whatever purpose of requiring her notice is for.- She was not sure who, what or why but that seemed creative yet attention getting that would cover any situation respectfully. She hit send.

Doc: Doc was ready to just forget it and go kill something, when the next text came in. He read it. He liked it. No.. He ******* loved it. *text* "Thanks.. that's perfect." He hit send, his rather lackluster reply, belied his true feelings. This was an idea he could work with.

Dulce Periculum: Admittedly there was relief and a slight sense of being pleased she offered up a suggestion that would suit his goal. She sat in her office chair turning slowly to the left and to the right and smiled since no one was there to witness it. -You are most welcome. Good luck.- She sent off the text then set down the cell. Hopefully the idea would be successful. If not she would just leave her cell off more often.

I spoke to Cat and apologized for my actions earlier in the week. Discussion moved to Cytherea. It is Cat's impression that I have been "dumped". It seems others tend to concur with her.

Cat and Axel are getting closer. Cat packed a bag the other night. She may be moving in with him soon. Not sure how I feel about that.

Cytherea is still gone. No answer to my texts.

Spent the evening cursing and ignoring Nix. Took her seven hours for her to find someone who was ****-for-brains enough to help her. Gemini. when I awoke from my rest, learned the Gemini bint caved like 20.00 hooker facing hard time… She then made the mistake of insulting me.. a mistake I intend to remind of her, when I see her, when I shoot her. I needed a new target anyway.

Heard that Minx got herself shot up and hospitalized again. This time I wasn’t anywhere around. But it works nicely with my plans. Will be starting the phase soon.
