If a killer's body is cremated how to they come back?
I asked David a similar question due to Mircea and Chad Worthington III both dying 200 years ago and both being Killers. I believe his response was something along the lines of when the "spirit" of a Killer leaves the Shadow Realm, their essence forces the decayed or destroyed body to reform itself, opposed to other paths whose body is formed "of" the spirit, or at least that is how I remember it being explained.

Hope that answers your question.

That just sounds brutal.. That'd mean if the killer was hacked up into bits, they'd come back looking like a Tim Burton creation lol

Or maybe something like the reformation scenes in Hellraiser, That would be awesome.

That may well be how he envisioned it himself.

1.) What if a Killer's body is utterly destroyed? If Digo finds himself on the wrong side of a flamethrower, or someone decapitates him after death, or mails his arms and legs to the four corners of the world... in what condition does he return?
Paths are not quite as different from one another as some might assume. In essence, a killer is still a spirit made flesh, same as a shadow is. As such, a killer whose body is utterly destroyed would find it more difficault to return to life (and the process might take longer, roleplay-wise), but failing the ability to re-possess their own bodies, a killer would return to life in the same way a necromancer does (being the path's neighbor).

"Their rebirth is similar in this way; they return as little more than husks, and gradually build back to their full human visage."

Good question though. Made me think for a while.

2.) What if a Killer's body is removed from Harper Rock? Does the Killer reawaken in, say, France... or do they create a new body? Can they even find their way back into the mortal coil?
I'll leave that up to writer's choice. I would imagine it would take longer to re-possess a body that is physically a long way away, but it would be possible once the spirit had returned to the real world, as it was possible for the wraith guides to move to harper rock. But you could roleplay the alternative method of returning to life if you prefer.

3.) Does a Killer's body decay while uninhabited by a spirit?
Yes, but more slowly than normal, which could give a human a certain amount of pause, but wouldn't immediately violate the vampiric secret.

Due to the new bound tome going around and some characters being bound, would a telepath be able to sense a difference or some connection between two characters that are bound, of it it's like....hey, don't ask, you don't know, is it legit?

Also, it's in read memories, I believe. So then telepath's can find out that way, right?

Seeing as it becomes IC knowledge the binding has to be something that is sensed.

Yeah, I see that, but I'm not real sure how that can be IC knowledge. Just because you know a name, doesn't mean it makes sense to me or is legit.

Good example:
Enver and Lel got bound. Lel and Enver had been broken up a while and well it was done unexpectedly. So just because it says companion and the other person's name, without reading memories, I really don't think it can be IC knowledge.
