Alcohol and a walk on the wild side.. (Open)

After lodging another of those infrequent diary entries into that unassuming little book and secreting it back safely in its hiding place, Lionsheart left the apartment on foot, a little after 11pm. He found himself in need of some time and space to muse on what he'd written and of course the reason why he'd felt the need to commit more ink to the small tome.
Anneka was extremely quiet, this did happen on occasion and it always seemed to coincide with moments like this when Lions found himself riddled with uncertainty and second guessing himself to the point of inner reflection and soul searching. He'd telepathically messaged Mabitts, Julia and Lindsay with warnings not to disturb him, for all intents and purposes he was unreachable for the time being and woe betide any of them that ignored that command!
He wandered aimlessly within the warmth of the shadows around Gullsborough, eventually ending up at Ariadnes store. He headed inside under the pretext of buying a bottle of his favourite tipple... he had hoped to catch a glimpse of Ariadne herself... any familiar face from the past would be a bonus right now, after wyling away an unfruitful five minutes, he gave up, selected the bottle and dutifully paid for it before heading back out into the night.
Outside Arbor he tucked the bottle into the inner pocket of his greatcoat, flipped up his collars and thrust his hands deeply into the outer pockets. He'd finally made up his mind to head up to Elmworth, or more precisely, Melrose Venue, maybe Marty was on the nightshift and would share a dram or two of a good malt whisky.
The walk wasn't particularly far but the presence of both police and soldiers in Thornside Park did give Lions some cause for concern, he did have that ID from the rather mysterious Collector but didn't want to give anyone in authority any cause to want to view them. Painfully aware that the high cost of being discovered was to be tagged like some wild animal or maybe worse!
As he cleared the boundary on the far side of the park he checked his watch, 12:07 and felt the urge for sustainence, cutting across between Sangue Bank he headed up towards Argent Manor and that lovely little estate full of mansions... surely here he'd find someone.
Sure enough, it wasn't long before he happened across a rather attractive but heavily intoxicated well to do lady attempting to unlock her expensive motor with the intention of driving it away. The allurist in Lions couldn't help but shine and with a self assured grin he set about charming the birds from the trees. The street they were in was just a tad a too public for his comfort and it really wouldn't do to draw attention to themselves, so after a brief but fairly promise-laden flirt, he offered to drive her to the destination and after relieving her of the keys, held open the passenger door of the Jaguar as he ushered her in before stepping around the car to the drivers side.
Slipping behind the wheel of the big cat he turned the key and listened intently as the engine turned over, the faint flywheel ring gave way to a low rumble as it purred into life. The lady had good taste in cars... even if she didn't have the sense to leave them at home when getting drunk eh?
He snicked the autobox into drive and pulled away from the curve, the straight six engine was silky smooth and Lions found himself grinning. It had been a while since they'd had one of these through the doors of Prestige and with that thought he clicked the indicator and changed direction, a casual glance at his passenger and a cheeky wink before he revealed his plan. "Let me take you to my place... I think you might like it." Replying "Okay.." with an inebriated giggle the girl made herself comfy for the drive... which turned out to be a very short one!
Pulling up in front of the shutters to the small basement workshop, he dug the fob from his pocket and pressing the button watched as the roller lifted silently and as it got so far up he drove the vehicle in and the shutter slid seamlessly closed behind them. Once inside his attention turned again to his companion and he feigned a move to kiss her but bypassed her lips to graze his teeth against her neck, moments later the coppery salt/sweet taste of her blood was all his for the taking. As she passed out and fell limp into his arms he fed a little more and then pulled away, sealing the wound with his tongue as he did, that was enough for one night!
Taking the opportunity to rifle the now unconscious, drunken ladies clutch bag he found some ID and without missing a beat took it upstairs to the service department desk, logging onto the system he booked the Jag in for some minor remedial work and marked the account as pre-paid, he couldn't help but give a small smirk as he did so. "Paid in blood eh"
Returning to the basement and the aforementioned car and occupant, he slid back behind the wheel, replaced her ID and with an almost fluid manouevre reversed the car out as the shutters sensor began opening itself to avoid the vehicle. As the hood cleared the opening Lions pressed the close button completed the reverse onto the road and shortly after was swiftly heading in the direction of the address printed on her ID. A rather uneventful ten minutes later they had arrived at their destination in the south of the town, allowing the car to roll quietly onto her driveway, he eventually pushed the gear lever to park and leaving the car engine running moved around the car to the passenger door. Carefully he pulled the door as he reached in to support the shoulder of her sleeping body, as the door swung fully wide he scooped up the slumbering female and carried her to the rear of the residence.
Eyeing the garden he spyed a garden seat complete with cosy looking upholstery and gently laid her down on it and as he stood surveying his handiwork he pulled the earlier purchased bottle from his coat, removed the top, taking time to enjoy a swallow of the liquid before drizzling a small amount of the contents onto her clothing... and with that he turned tail towards the car.
Tomorrow morning she'd awaken with a headache and no recollection of what had just taken place and should she be discovered before then... well anyone would smell the stale booze and just think another drunk that couldn't get the key in the door wouldn't they?
