So I noticed Grace had received an alert about the True Leader power being used, and figured it was for NADUMA at first. Though looking at other characters of mine part of that faction, they had not received a boost. So I'm assuming the boost came from the only other faction Grace has on her list, Voodoo Dragons. She has had a pending application for this faction for a while now. She has not received any territory payouts, and on the faction page is where she can cancel her application ( it does not say leave group) so I know she is not a member yet.

I'm going to play around with this to be sure. I have a faction with one of my characters, and can test using true leader to see if pending members get the boost.

Tested this out with the faction Avi has. When Corbin used True Leader the pending member received the boost.

It's also worth mentioning that when Alexandrea used true leader on the Voodoo Dragons, she herself was still a pending member (and still is as of this writing)

That... is strange. I'll take a look at it when I have time, but for now, enjoy the boosts? Lol.

yeah it is... and it reminds me of another bug (which might offer some insight?)
but try as I might, I can't come up with the right search terms to get any leads on what bug or when. But. (and keep in mind my memory has been swiss cheese the last year or so...)

Wasn't there an issue a few years back with territory battle teams being 'self-populated' by default and pending members ending up on teams of factions being attacked when the leaders of those factions targeted hadn't logged in to make a team to defend? Or was that over at Blood? >.< I'm sorry I can't recall any more than that...
