Could it be possible for Thralls to gain from exp?

Would anyone else like to see the thralls level up? Albeit on a much slower rate. For example as humans we go to college/fulfill apprenticeships etc and get steadily better at the things we do regularly. In game thralls however earn exp but nothing happens with it as far as I know.
