[B] Mind Block not working.

Used Mind Block during a battle with a Possessed Wendigo, and it had no effect.
Tier 1 Mind Block. Should atleast block the first one

I can't help with this, I'm sorry. But I swear this came up before... although I am unable to find anything about it. I think it was from before the bug board got an archive and the report was deleted.
I recall it not being a bug, at that time, but I do not recall why. It seems broken to me too, however, and should be looked into. I'll mark it as a B and add it to the index. <3
