Got that on Mason. I know I've seen this before awhile back, but I didn't see it on index. I don't think this happened yesterday so I guess something must have changed more recently.

It didn't happen to me yesterday, but I also just had it happen.

I don't think that's a bug, if that's on Mason.
Unless I am mistaken, she's employed by my Alex... and I had to work a double irl so I did just run yesterdays businesses at the very last second possible (just a few minutes prior to hour change) and as soon as it triggered for the next day, I was able to do her businesses again right away (just now) thanks to the energy/exp boost that is active atm.
