To better reflect the current, hostile climate in Harper Rock surrounding the relations between vampires and humans, would it be of interest to others to have the cop and soldier NPCs we currently have on grid be interactive?

For example: When walking through the streets, vampires would need to avoid the areas with soldiers and cops to avoid a pop-up involving the checking of ID's/scanning implanted chips. While I'm not sure if it would be possible to code and implement the verifications of each individual vampire, I do think it would go a long way to set the mood for current and past chapters and the consequences of them.

And if it is possible to implement verification, perhaps details of skills such as Speechcraft, Charisma, or Paths and chosen powers could affect the outcome of the scenario, and allow characters to make choices that would carry consequences for their actions. [Thank you, Bjorn/Soph, for these suggestions!] Talking their way out of it could allow them to avoid chipping. High dexterity skills or Shadow abilities could allow for them to slip away through crowds. Taking to violence to fight the current law would increase their notoriety and bounty. And so on.
