Eloise
After their brief texting of one another, Eloise had followed instructions and having just a moment to collect what she'd need before Every would use some kind of technique to bring her to a hot springs the vampire owned. Satchel, phone, and shoes. The girl was ready.

Every
With the weekend drawing to a close, Every had offered Eloise to come relax in the hot springs after a few text exchanges. Guests had already left, leaving the large lodge relatively silent as she finished her paperwork. When the time came around, she focused and summoned the pureblood, pleased to see that she trusted her as she said, "Welcome."

Eloise
One second she had been standing on the inside of her apartment and the next she was left blinking on the polished wood just inside a lodge far from her abode. Looking at her environment, she then settled her gaze to Every and gave a small smile. She hadn't realized that the transport would be so flawless, thinking she'd get nausea or lightheaded to fall on her ***. With the greeting, the Canadian extended her own as she made her way to the opposed couch to sit down, rolling up the sleeves to her green/black checkered flannel. "Thank you. How's your day been?" She hadn't asked during their cellular conversation.

Every
felt her lips twitched in amusement, recognizing the expression. It had been something she'd done previously herself. "It's been well enough, I was able to get some work done without concern about someone dying today. Safe to say I haven't said that in about three years." She chuckled, but then stretched her legs out once more, "And yourself?"

Eloise
"Oh? Do people frequently die around you," she asked curiously while leaning back in her seat. Now with having to reply back came the biggest dilemma: answer truthfully, or not. Taking a deep breath, her arms loosely crossed over her chest. "I've been better, to be honest. Mr. Greenberg getting severely injured, and just...noticing how my family is just moving along with this place. How most seemed to have dived headfirst with their newfound powers."

Every
There was a shake of her head, but she said, "Yes and no. For a while, daily. As I said on the forum... vampires kill our own. It happens." She shrugged a shoulder before she watched the girl, "Can I get you anything? Tea? Coffee? I can't consume, but I like the smell and Chadwick keeps it stocked up." She gestured towards the main area, her office small but inviting in its modern, clean fashion. "Ah... yes. Everyone adapts to a new life differently, and vampirism is certainly a new chance at life."

Eloise
"The paladins and hunters...I've never experienced such individuals before Harper Rock. Granted, not vampires, either." She was still frowning before coming back to having something to drink. "I'd love some tea. Something light, floral if there's any and a touch of sugar to go with it. Thank you." She rubbed at her forehead, thinking some more. "...Every. Did you have a choice to be a vampire?"

Every
"They're everywhere, to my understanding, hunters. I was here when the paladin elders arrived." She frowned, thoughtfully. There was a sword on the wall, small and colored black, but paint had crushed off and there were pink beads dangling from it. "Vampires are known internationally for here, but we flock here because its where we can be brought back to life upon death." As she collected a mug and began putting together an orange blossom tea, she paused at the question. "No, I didn't."

Eloise
"Brought back to life? Like...say if my father had been beheaded by that Steele individual, it'd be possible for him to come back?" When she spoke, it was like they were conversing about the impending fall looming outside. Her brown eyes followed the woman's, inspecting the sword before now looking to Every again as she made her tea. The hesitation. It was there. "...I'm sorry. We don't need to talk about it. You don't know me that well yet."

Every
"Yes, after a week, maybe a few more days if it took him time to find the doors. The Shadow Realm is a place where vampires go to die, its a hellish place." Every then tapped her fingers against the side of the mug before she said, "Admittedly, it's not something I'm asked often. I don't think even CG knows my full story. To summarize it... no. I wasn't changed at will. My sire chased me down and slammed my head into a wall before I blacked out. I woke up beside a man named Levente who was turned the same hour as a vampire."

Eloise
"That sounds horrible. Is your sire still around, or this Levente?"

Every
As she brought the mug back to the girl, Every made a so so motion with her hand before she took her seat. "Micah's around, but he's a hermit and I only bother him when I need advice. Levente left town about a year after our turning. Ran away from his girlfriend." Her hand lifted to rub at the back of her head, considering it all.
