Kira felt the release of the realm on her, she could leave now. She wasn’t too sure about seeing Cobb in this place, and even being attacked by him. She had sent a message to Q2 about what she had seen. She left the realm.
Opening her eyes, back in the real world. She quickly changed forms to her Serval form and took off through the city. She remembered the days where a return from the realm meant swaying someone out of their clothes so she could get home. It was like that show, naked and afraid. She wasn’t sure the real reason Dave and Marcus watched that show. Dave knew to either be ready to open the door on this day or leave a window open she could get into.
She ignored the noises of surprise as people don’t expect a larger cat like her to be running through the streets. She looked at the signs for the transit, this one was going the right way. She ran on as some other people got on. She jumped up onto a seat and waited, her tail swishing back and forth.
“Kitty!” her ears flicked towards the sound of a small child who was very interested in petting Kitty Kira, not scared at all. But the mother kept the child back. Kira looked around, pretty much everyone was looking at her. Taking pictures, recording. Eh whatever. As long as no one was calling animal control.
As soon as the doors opened at the stop, she ran out and straight for home. She checked the lower windows but didn’t see any open. She sat at the front door, ”Hey Dave, you at the farm?”
A moment later, the door opened. “Figured that’s why you were asking.” Dave said, stepping aside to let her in.
As soon as she trotted inside, she was tackled by Sof and Artio as soon as they spotted her. They were used to her cat form and seeing as they were a bengal and savannah cat, they weren't normal house cats either. She ran upstairs, the two cats on her heels as she went into her room. She stood up on her hind legs and pushed the door closed as they meowed at her. It’s a shame that she couldn’t understand them in this form. She changed back to normal and threw her robe over her. She sat down on her bed, petting the two cats. “Yes yes I missed you too.” she said as they purred up a storm.
She grabbed some clothes and opened the door, heading off to the bathroom. The two cats of course had to come along. She shut the door and took a shower. The problem with these kinds of cats was they didn’t give a **** if you were in the shower, hell they liked water too so not only did she have to dry herself, she had to dry them off so they didn’t make a mess.
She had a towel wrapped around her, she ran a hand across the mirror to clear it of the steam. She jumped slightly, Warrior’s face was staring back at her. “You again.” she growled.
”Of course me. We are not done.” Warrior replied to her with a grin. ”It is time we kill someone. Pull out a file for a bad guy. I don’t care. Someone needs to die.”
Kira sighed softly, holding her head. Watching her shadow move back and forth under the sink where it was shadowed. She tried so hard to be good, that urge to kill had gone away for some time but this trip to the shadow realm brought everything back to the surface. “****.” she muttered, she turned away and quickly got dressed. She threw some product in her hair leaving it damp to air dry. She quickly went downstairs and headed for the door which left Dave and the animals a bit confused.
She went to the nearest store, buying a bottle of vodka and left. She started to drink.
”You can’t drink me or the desire to kill away.” Warrior said in a bored tone.
Kira stopped in front of a store window, staring at her. “Oh but I can ******* try.” she replied, at least drunk she wouldn’t be coordinated enough to kill anyone. Maybe she should be thankful that **** like this worked still. “Let’s sing and dance. That always makes me feel better.” she flipped through her music on her phone. “Perfect!” she said, pressing play on Girl Gone Wild.
She sang the song, dancing along the street, the occasional car and bench, didn’t matter, still taking drinks from the bottle. Whatever to drive out the sound of warrior and her need to kill.
