I can’t post my screenshot because I’m on my phone, but Cobb hasn’t been a playable character since the game’s beginning and Charlie only very recently returned to the game. Neither of them should have an active bounty.

Charlie fed on someone who shot her it would seem. I must have clicked too fast as I was going and didn't notice it in the moment, so perhaps that's not cause for concern [and I've hacked it down a fair bit]. Cobb's still there. I'll try to keep hacking him down too. Interesting to see whether he remains if his Notoreity gets hacked down.

Cobb attacked two my characters recently. Unprovoked.
This appears to be the player who has access to the Cobb account. It's not so much a bug as an actual hack to the game. I would suggest you lock that account down unless these actions have been approved?

So Kyrie got attacked by Cobb unprovoked. Seems to be going around.
Since he was on the Most Wanted list I checked with Mason to see his stats (not an uncommon thing, I sometimes consider sending her after people if it's reasonable). Here's what I got back though:
Current Blood: 1.4
Current energy: ?
Strength: 8
Dexterity: 19 35
Stamina: 7 10
Intelligence: 35
Willpower: 5 10
Skill: 14 20
Charisma: 5 8
Healing: 16
Arcane: 23
He has blood, though very little, and he has a number of injuries. If he were in the shadow realm that shouldn't be possible right? Anyway, just giving the update for y'all so you have more information.

I've updated the topic of this thread to reflect that there's an issue with a specific account rather than with the most wanted list directly.
