Antonio Segreti sat in his office humming to himself, they had set up signs outside for help wanted. Segreti Showmen, a fairly profitable business which was of a topic that the Sorcerer actually enjoyed quite a bit. In all truth he'd join in on pretty much every play if it weren't for that he had work to do. Most of it was all stage performances really, but it drew in enough attention and it was enjoyable.

There wasn't much left to do today. Right now, he was just sitting around hoping for something to happen. He was too tired to go out searching for something, but not so tired that he could go to sleep or find sitting around to be entertaining. He wanted to learn more about the supernatural, but that wasn't seeming to happen much anytime soon. Oh well, for now, he'd just have to keep going along the path he was on, and see where it would lead him.

Gwendolynn had heard about openings and seen flyers regarding openings in this particular place and it seemed like a fairly decent place to gain employment. Money was needed to pay bills, get food. Gwendolynn supposed if she had enough money or power, she would just leave the town. Not that this was the worst town in the world, but there was too much of the unknown here, and she often felt ridiculously powerless. Everyone she met she was wary of at first - you never could know if they were more than what they seemed after all.

She was tired of the city, tired of feeling aimless and lost. She knew that she couldn't just <i>fix</i> that. Unless she decided to jump head first into all the supernatural, and she wasn't quite ready to do that. She wasn't sure she'd ever be ready to do that. So, she might as well try to gain whatever power and leverage she could as a human (and enjoy her time). This job seemed like a good place for it. Acting had always fascinated her - it was one of the few powers she felt she could possess as a human. The art of lying and being believed - the art of luring someone to truly feel whatever you displayed was the only time she had ever felt powerful.

If she could earn a living out of that, well that would be another bonus.

She rapped her knuckles firmly on the doorframe, clearing her throat. "I heard you were looking for more employees." She stated. She wasn't sure what to make of the man in the office at first. He was younger than she'd thought he'd be for running the business she had heard he did.
