May PVE Faction Test?

Would anyone be up for starting a PVE (player VS Environment [NPCs]) faction with new characters created in May? I figured it would be fun to make use of the new character bonus + double teamwork bonuses + random daily community event bonuses to see how fast we can level up brand new characters.
The idea would be to work together in every way possible (ignoring PVP for now), but mostly to fight NPCs in groups in order to maximise our level gains. So I figure we could have two or three times a day when anyone available jumps onto a chat (or Discord) and co-ordinates our fighting against NPCs. Then we can share up loot and heal and craft some weapons or whatever in the downtime.
Not only would it be a good test for the team NPC battles system, but it would also encourage a bit more community participation. I wouldn't have the lead character, of course. I'd suggest that falls to a non-mod to have the leader. And if people enjoy the faction it can of course carry on past May, in RP and PVP too.
I guess before anyone creates their characters, it might be an idea to agree on what the faction stands for? What their aims are. And don't just say family, loyalty, etc. What are the IC opinions about things? I suggest a group that works like a kinda old school d&d adventurers group. Kinda like the Companions from Skryim. The goal is protecting the vulnerable, or seeking challenge and adventure in combat, while making money like a group of mercs. Maybe a group of superheroes? lol. I'm open to ideas.
