I don't know this character. I've had very little interaction with any other players or characters. I'm never going to complain about free money (real life or in-game), but the character doesn't exist and I don't know what any of this means.

It likely isn't a bug.

I saw you were new and passed randomly. I deleted that account. Enjoy the money! IC, feel free to say she won a prize or some random just handed it to her on the street. XD
