So, I did the redistribute, and I'm not sure if these were bugs or changes that I wasn't aware of.

Two things - I didn't lose my unlocks, and was able to re-do my PXP without having to chase the wraiths down.

Also, it didn't refund the PXP I had spent on the mastery power. Is it not supposed to?

re: mastery power pxp, I am pretty sure it was supposed to so marking this a b. I'm sure if we're right and it was, the guys will get it taken care of asap.

The unlocks however... was it an old reset on a charry you just 'woke up' left over from when they were mandatory or a karma bought restat? Because the later of the two, you should have lost those unlocks.

It was a karma purchased one. I didn't even think to include that in my post, lol. Thanks for asking. :)
