I am currently in a raid and every time I use the Ritual thing, and click on a fae thing... it turns black and nothing happens. http://prntscr.com/ku3q6j

I don't know what to make of that screenshot but did you see any error codes or debug messages?

And also I'm not sure what you mean by fae thing... and by ritual thing, I DO think you mean the altar? With step one being clicking the altar icon on the grid and step two being the selection of ritual, then step three being filling in the hangman style mini game... in which 'step' are you getting the error?

Yea when I click on one of the Demi letters in the Ritual area, it goes to the page and its all black and I know it is not supposed to do that. That's the Screenshot I took when that happens and I saw no Error messages

I believe Alex is questioning the screenshot as it depicts a file system for a website?

Which ritual are you attempting?

I'm guessing she means the open door rit and am in there now trying it with Alex.

At first try; It just seemed 'stuck' for me and when I click on the fae letters, nothing happens. I did got this one time; "This site can’t be reached
www.mooncalfstudios.com took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Connectivity Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"

But the second time I tried it worked just fine;

"You completed the ritual! The arcane lock on this floor will now open for your team. You gained 70 EXP. "

I still tried it again and nothing happens. I'm not sure if it's my browser, or what. Sighs.

Oh Lawd, I'm such a moron sometimes. I kept on trying it and trying it and I'm like hmm, there has to be some sort of trick to this because I never had a character who was a ritualist. So, I entered the full name of that door, and added a 2, removed the 1.. and wallah, it worked. but darn fae kept beating me up. ROFL good thing I can heal myself. Once again Alex thank you for responding very fast and polite.. and you too lea, thanks.
