I was informed by my wife this morning that a property she bought has been sold out from under her. I know how much our household spent on this property and this is underhanded!!! If you are selling properties of players then this is something players should be made aware of! Its in your terms and conditions that you need the players approval! Fix this. Or you are in breach of your own TOS!!!!

It would be helpful to know who the property owner was and which property it was.

Just to let people know, there appears to be a bug allowing players to purchase private property. David and I are looking into this ASAP. Major apologies for any inconvenience. <3

Yeah, this is a huge bug.

Any further information would be massively helpful. What was the property in question? Does anyone know how it was bought?

The Ivory Tower - purchased with in game cash (300,000).

I've already reversed the purchase itself and refunded the cost to the purchaser.

Not sure exactly how it was purchased (I. E. From the real estate page or directly from the door etc).

According to liz mal bought it off the reality page. And liz can't post so I'm replying for her :)

She doesn't know either. According to her only her or shamus should be able to sell it. (And even then only forkarma I guess?) However neither of them sold it and she didn't know it was even listed until the player poked her on a chat app to tell her they had bought it.

It wasn't listed on the realty page, it was purchased directly on the grid. As was stated, I let the player know what happened immediately and reported it as a bug to the Devs.

Evidently it must have been early for liz. She thought you said it was listed on the reality page :) anyways I'm off to bed soon and her hubby is off to bed. So if you need to ask her questions she can be reached on messenger.
