So in the chats, it was mentioned that you can triangulate for NPCs (never heard of it, myself, but I tried it).

I got:

You are able to sense that Gang Boss is somewhere in the Bullwood area.

The raid, however, is located here:

You are currently outside, standing at 19, 34, Swansdale.

Is this just a bug regarding the power tracking an NPC? or is it not supposed to work that way, at all?

Is it even supposed to work on NPCs? It doesn't say so in the description of the power.

It's not.

Locate Enemy (the ritual) works on NPCs. Triangulate works on PCs and wraith guides.

Or at least that's how it's always been.
