(i) Not correctly showing characters on same IP

The (i) on the Character sheet doesn't seem to be working correctly for myself or others. I can't recall if this started happening before or after the server change but I wanna say before.

I've tried this with people I know have multiple characters and in many cases -no- other characters show up despite each player having several they're actively playing. In one or two cases, some names showed up, but they weren't the full list where before you'd get a full list.
