Does Hunter's Aide even work any more? Whenever trying to test it I'm always given the information that 'the hunters have no records of this person being a vampire' even when that character was identifed through use of Vampire Hunter.2.
Additionally, I see how Collective Recognition has been altered to 'makes it twice as hard for vampires to feed on you', but I do not see how the difference is between Tier 1 and 2 now that there is no longer an anima cost involved.
