I'm presuming someone's failed hacks lured it, but are there meant to be cops in the tutorial at all?

I'm not sure but I don't *think* so, I looked at the other tut hub bugs we still have on the board and as far as I know, it's never happened before.

Cops probably shouldn't appear in the tutorial, no. I went to investigate and I didn't see a cop though - could this be reconfirmed?
