if you're out of energy when you're at the Metrodome building, it doesn't let you enter but it does give you a rumour. "You are out of energy. You will gain more every hour.
You overhear some people talking about weird noises they heard coming from a building in Moss End."

It's not every time ( I tested, lol) but it did happen twice in a row, two times.
