Sell Vampire Blood Bags

I propose that blood bags containing Vampire Blood be available for sale in shops.
I also propose that they cost $300. A 50% mark up for the resource being commercialised as a Vampire would be paid $200 on the street to a NPC Blood Thief. It seems a bit extreme for V blood bags to be sold as the same price as... whatever it is in those bags on sale already... When there is precedent for the pricing for private trading.
